| So upset I SEND MY HUSBAND YESTERDAY TO GET ME SOME FOOD FOR MY FURBABY AT PETCO HE EATS NATURAL BALANCE AND HE LOVES IT. BUT MY HUSBAND DECIDED TO GET HIM IAMS TO SEE IF HE WOULD LIKE IT BECAUSE THE VET SAID IT WAS A GOOD DOG FOOD. SO WHEN I CAME HOME FROM WORK I NOTICE THAT MY BABY HAD LOOSE STOOL I ASKED HIM WAT WAS WRONG WITH MY BABY. HE TOLD ME THAT MAYBE WAS BECAUSE HE GAVE HIM A DIFFERENT FOOD TO TRY AND I ASK HIM WAT FOOD WHEN HE SAID IT WAS IAMS I GOT SO ANGRY AT HIM. I TOLD HIM DONT EVER CHANGE MY BABY'S FOOD WITHOUT CONSULTING IT WITH ME. MY FUR BABY HAD AN UPSET STOMACH. |

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | First of all Iam's is a terrible Food. Second a dog's food is supposed to big switched slowly unless of a health problem. I would bring the food back & get what he eat's. |

♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | Sorry you were upset but he was probably trying to help you out.I know what you mean though, they have delicate tummies and a change of food should be done gradually.Give him rice and chicken for a day or so and check hes drinking plenty of water. Thats your furbaby not your hubby lol, he probably needs a cuddle.

| I don't like Iams either but it sounds like your husband was trying to help since that is what the vet recommends. I'd take the Iams back, get the NB and thank him for taking an interest in your pup's health.

| I was also recommended Eukanuba for my puppy which is a sister company of Iams'. After researching, I found the food to be full of filler and the Iams company connected to animal cruelty cases. It brought tears to my eyes when I saw some of the sources. I catch my boyfriend every so often giving her lots of treats, just because our Kaia's "cute," but I'm trying to be firm with him, especially during her training! |

| For us it's just the opposite. My wife wants to feed Kibbles N Bits and Pedigree... I am trying to feed better foods for my dogs. I have been using Chicken Soup, Nature's Variety, California Natural. Still haven't settled on a particular food yet, but do NOT want to feed them the garbage that she wants to feed them. She thinks I spend WAY too much for dog food. Well, we may have to compromise and use the Chicken Soup since it's not as costly as many of the other premium foods. |

| Petco will give you a refund for the Iams that your husband bought~no questions asked. I would take it back to the store and get your usual NB.
