| Potty training, itching My Muffy is part yorkie and part maltese (i think). She is over two years old and still not trained properly. I have always had big dogs, collies, goldens, etc. and this is my first small dog and other than being absolutely adorable, she is a pistol. Does anyone recommend the book by Sharda Baker, "Inside guides, etc" for helping to train little dogs. If I knew it would work, it is really worth it. We also went through the clicker training method, because she will not always come when she occasionally get lose. Works if you have food, but it is a different training method. Also, she seems to be scratching alot lately and I wonder if it is due to dry skin or is there something different about yorkies. Please help, I'm new to this site but love it. Debby |
