| He's free to roam now! I believe that I am done leaving Alfie crated up while I am gone. He's almost a year old and up until now I have not been able to leave him outside his crate because he has destructed so much when I have in the past. I decided to just go cold turkey and let him have free run of my apartment because I'm sick of cooping him up while I am gone. Well, so far so good! I went to work this morning and came back for lunch and he was chilling out on the couch watching tv. I decided to leave the tv on for some noise and he seems to enjoy it. Every time I have came home today (three times) he has been a little couch potato haha. I am hoping this sticks! I am a lot more relaxed now and I am sure Alfie is happier not being cooped up! |

| Wahoo! Great for your little fella! We've just started doing the same with Lily too. She gets free reign for about 3-4 hours at a time now and does great. I really don't think she does anything but sleep because that's all she's been used to doing in her crate. I'm SOOOOOO much happier knowing she can get up and stretch her legs if she wants to, or get something to eat or drink. I know there's a lot of dogs that looooove their crates, but Lily just wasn't ever one of them. Here's to lots more crate and accident free days for us both!

| I don't know if I will ever get to that point with Abby. She likes to get a hold of tissues and paper and shred them. I think she just gets into too much at this point. I sure hope this changes. |

| We just let our little Gizmo have free reign of the house. He is 5 months now and is such a good little boy! He has lots of toys to keep him occupied while we are at work and lots of bones and bully sticks. Plus the cats keep him company too!

| I love the idea of putting cartoons on while crating! I put music on for Sebastian when I leave and he has to go in his crate. And, congrats on being able to let your little one have free reign!
