| Yorkie Yawns Does anyone else's yorkie have the most adorable yawns? Every morning when I take Danger outside he yawns like crazy and with each yawn he lets out the cutest and loudest squeaks as if he is just so pooped. When he first did this I nearly melted. Now, whenever he does it I go "really?!" and then he gives me kisses. It's so adorable.

| Ooh ..... I hate to burst your bubble and I agree the yawns are cute but they don't mean what you think they mean Dogs yawn like us when they are tired They ALSO yawn when they are frustrated and are not getting something they want So unless your pup is tired .... he's not yawning because he needs a nap and this is esp true when they yawn repeatedly My Zach will come to me when his brother has a toy he wants and if I pick him up he will Immediately start to yawn

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I LOVE the yawns....especially bc I can lean in and get a whiff of their breath, bc my babies have the *best* breath, I swear. It's so delicious. And I'm so embarassed to be me right now. Also...I give both babies massages, but when I give Wylie his massage - his neck and behind his ears - he will make little mini-fake-yawns while I'm doing it...and the yawns get progressively larger until - phew! - one big yawn. And then the whole process starts over again. So, I think (knowing Wylie, who carries the world on his shoulders) the massaging along w/ his yawning relieves stress and anxiety.

| When my Tinky yawns, she keeps her mouth wide open for ages!! And her ears go right back and her eyes go wide open as if she's seen something scary - she hardly ever yawns though, only when she's sleepy or just woken up xXx |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | Audrey-Belle yarns, rolls on her back then rubs her eyes with her front paws. It's so cute to watch and she gets so much fur in her face when she's done I almost can't see her little face! LOL
