| I haven't, but that is something I would like to do with my Yorkie in the future. A dog trainer told me that agility training creates an incredibly strong bond of trust between you and your dog. That is why people get so hooked on it.... I wanted to join Violet, but she has a luxating patella on her hind knees, so my vet did not recommend it. (Also, as a pre-requisite for agility, the dog should be fairly consistent with basic obedience commands --- and let's just say that Violet is not exactly an obedience champ. ) Maybe for a future Yorkie of mine.... |

| Just for fun I bought an inexpensive ($32) beginner agillity kit on Amazon. It has the tunnel, jump bar and weave poles. We have just worked with her one day and she had a great time (tunnel and jump bar only). We were careful to set the jump bar only about 3 or 4 inches high so that Abby does not get injured. We will see how it goes! |

| About 6 months ago I applied for a rescue Yorkie that was agility trained. He was BEAUTIFUL! His owner had died from cancer and there wasn't anyone to take the little guy. Unfortunately I never heard back about my application and then he was gone from petfinder about a month later. They even had a little video of him working the agility track. I'm sure they found a very perfect home for this little man. Very cool!

| Teddy is going into agility.. right now we are doing obedience school with the same place that we will be doing agility. Teddy has a lot of excess energy so we're going to run around a track |

| so you have a whole yorkie team! Wow. I bet my Nina Bear would be good at agility. She loves to run through her obedience commands & little tricks.
