| Dog Beach I found a dog beach about 30 minutes from my house. I can't wait until the weather gets warm to take my babies. I know that they will love it. Do dogs naturally know how to swim? maybe i should look into some swim classes for my babies so that they can play in the water. |

| Awww... Puppy Claus brought Maddie a little blue and white polka dot life jacket this year for Christmas! We spent a lot of time at the lake, boating, etc in the summer and we decided this was the safest way to do it. She's just a lil girl....2.7 lbs, so we filled up the bathtub and put it on her to test it out...she did great! =] |

| I don't think that they all have the natural instincts to swim.

| We also have a dog beach here in California. We've gone during the winter or off season for walks. I'm afraid to go during the summer months because so many unknown big dogs go and I don't want to risk anything. But I've taken the girls to the lake and they swim, but I also put life vests on them. The beach is beautiful. I hope you enjoy it.
