| What did I do wrong? SHe looks gross...CC products We got our CC products a few days ago and I sprayed Tinkerbell with the Ice on Ice during a brushing. It made her look kinda yucky. I figured it was because she probably needed a bath. So I gave her a bath today. I used the day to day shampoo and conditioner. Then I sprayed her with the ice on ice before I combed and blowed dried. And this is what she looks like. It is greasy, stringy and dirty looking, she actually looks worse now than before the bath. Am I doing anything wrong? She has very silky hair naturally, could the ice on ice be too much for her? I thought you all used it everyday for brushings |

| Looks like you may have used too much, or not rinsed the conditioner out well enough.

| Hmmm. I know I rinsed well, mostly because Tinkerbell loves it and can't get enough so I just let the water spray on her for quite a while. I think maybe I shouldn't use the conditioner at all, maybe just the ice on ice. I'll try that next time. |

| When I use all three products on Maddie she looks greasy too. she has a silk coat, I don't use the conditioner on her and she does great now. Rudy has a cotton coat and I use all three procucts on him.

| I got my products last week and frankly, was disappointed. Perhaps I used too much as well. My dogs looked better when I used Pantene and J&J Tearless. |

| I bathe her with the shampoo, then i use either the conditoner or the Ice on Ice. I don't use both at the same time for that exact same reason, too greasy. |

| I just bathed Cruiser, my little Biewer, with the white on white shampoo and sprayed the dat to day conditioner, combed a little and dried him with a commercial dryer that does NOT have heat. He combed out beautifully but I will do it again tomorrow after I groom and clip him. I wanted to try the products before I really needed to depend on them as a staple in their grooming. He hates being groomed so I didn't do a thorough job and his coat still looks good.. |

OMG! ME too! I just got the ice on ice and I sprayed it on chloe and she looked like crap. But then I bathed her and it worked much better, but she still has a film to her coat. I think I am not getting all the shampoo and conditioner out. I think that is my problem.
