| Please help Hi Everyone! My little one is 14 months old and is very snuffly, chesty and sneezing a lot, honking cough sometimes too (although not all the time and not always after exercise). He still eats well (although a lot more recently) and has bags of energy. He had his kennel cough two weeks ago (the squirt up the nose). He is due for xrays next week to check for a collapsing trachea. Im so worried. |

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | One common condition for Yorkies is something called reverse sneezing. You can either search for that term here or do a Google search for it. Your description of honking makes it sound like it. The good news is, it's considered harmless. Good luck, and let us know what the vet says.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | What he received is a bordatello vaccine and sometimes dogs actually come down with the illness after receiving this. I'd suggest taking him in to see your vet.
