| can i give her a bath right when her stitches come out? chloe gets her stitches out tomorrow and shes in desperate need of a bath! is it safe? will it hurt her? i feel bad doing it but she is stinky! |

| I think it's safe to give her a bath but be gentle. And don't let the stitched area sit in water. Give a sink bath, with warm water, no standing water in the sink. I think that would be fine, sorta like a shower for humans, no actual baths... Good luck with your baby!!

| Yes, I'd do the same. Perhaps you can support her, standing on her back legs, & try to keep most of the water away from her scar. That's how I did it. It's usually their rear end & legs that need the wash the most anyway. xx Meggie |
