| How soon is too soon Im not sure where this question would go but i am need help. Tigger is female six months and I believe she is just going into heat. Chewy is 3 1/2 boy is trying to hump her. I have now seperated both of them but is he too young to produce sperm. I just want to make it clear I am by NO means trying to breed either one but they are too young to get them fixed.

| Did you say your male was 3 1/2 years old? If so yes he is old enough to breed. Some males are old enough to get a female pregnant at 6-8 months old. I would keep them seperated for a few weeks if you do not plan on breeding!

| Oh got it... I seriously doubt he can produce puppies that early. I have never heard of a male being able to produce at that age. I would just put a diaper on my female and keep a close eye on them. But of course seperate them when you can't watch them or when you are not home.
