| I have a 2 year old male and got a little female about a month ago. It is SOOO much fun having two rather than 1!!! You will love it! I would get a little girl so you have one of each. Mine have been getting along great so far. Good luck!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I have 3 female yorkies and a female pom. I have had no problems with all females. You will love having 2 and they love having each other. I would probably go with a female so you have one of each. How exciting!!!

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | As far as them getting along, I have read that there is not much difference as long as they are both neutered. If you are into dressing your Yorkie, I think a girl would be more fun, but otherwise, it probably doesn't matter.

| We have 3, two boys and a girl. Girls are more fun to shop for but I just love the little boys. Sugar is my little boy and Spike is my daughter's little guy and they are total lovebug mama's boys. Gracie is much more independent. So my vote is for another little boy.

| I have a 11 1/2 month old girl and we just added our boy Rocco a little over a month ago!! It's SO awesome having two, and I wanted a girl and a boy. I have also heard that one of each sex get along better (If both are fixed of course)... They are also very different, and I enjoy those differences between the two so much!! It's also so nice that Roxi now has a brother and a best friend!! Good luck and Congrats in whatever you decide!!

| IMO-Males are better pets for a female owner. BUT with two males you might have more problems than with one of each! As long as they are fixed I would get a girl. I have one female right now, and getting my 2nd little girl wednesday. Good luck with what ever you pick.!!!

| I say get a girl b/c I have a girl and then I got another one and they dont get along very well....everyone on here says that opposites get along better but I guess it depends on the dogs themselves b/c alot of people have same sex dogs and dont have problems.
