| I better not hear a peep So I have a totally narly cold, and had a really really rough day yesterday (my poor Coco's ear ) Anyhow, so when I went to sleep, within like 5 minutes I heard a small dog barking. Like a Jack Russell or something. So about 3 hours into the barking (nonstop) I heard people around me pounding on their walls to get this dog to stop barking. On the one hand I was mad at the dog for barking so damn much, on the other hand, I'm mad at the owner for SLEEPING THROUGH THAT HORRIBLE NOISE. I got the feeling that they had left him on the balcony and he wanted back in. He was definetely relentless. So needless to say, I'm cranky today from lack of sleep and more sick than I was yesterday. I was also an hour late to work from over sleeping Sorry had to vent.

| I don't know which house it is. Our balconies are very high and his bark is very high pitched. I talked to the apartments and they said they know exactly who it is and they've had many complaints against them because they keep leaving the poor thing outside. I am new to the apartment so I probably wouldn't go over there to say anything, especially these days. You never know what kind of pyscho you can run into.
