| I feed Empanada banana's he seems to love to play with the peeling more than eat the banana though I think fruit is good for him because its natural sugars so its ok. Empanada loves to eat apples and oranges he will eat mostly any fruit.

| Of course chocolate is always a no, no. And I'm just going by what I've heard. I think it's best to be safe, rather than sorry. So here is what I heard. Onions, garlic, any citrus fruit, anything with too much fat like pork...ummmm...OMG... I just drew a blank.. but at least a gave you a few. Can anyone else add to the list?

| I have heard that bananas can give them a little constipation, but nothing that serious. Not like chocolate! In very small quantities it should be just fine I think. Here is a link of good and bad foods for babies! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...t=summer+foods

| Macadamia (sp?) nuts, raisins, grapes all can also be lethal. If you ever need a good laugh try giving your baby a little bite of jello. It is so funny. It will squirt out of their lips and then they will pick it up again, over and over and over...... |

| I feed Lacy and Cruz fruits and veggies. Lacy loves bananas, but Cruz won't touch 'em!! I remember reading in a yorkie book that I bought that bananas and canned green beans with no salt are favorite treats among yorkies. Both my babies love green beans!! |

| I know my gf has fed our Yorkie bananas in the past. He did not have constipation or any reactions to it. Actually, he loves it. |

| I mix a little banana in with the dry food in the morning Gucci loves it, she does fine with it. I give her summer fruits, watermelon, peaches, canterlope, everything except grapes. She tolerates it well and loves it. It is all natural... Gina |

| I just gave my pups a little banana this morning. As for chocolate, I have heard the closer it is to baker's chocoalte the more severe it can be. The other food is AVACADOS. I have 'heard' that this can be very bad. I saw on a pet show that veggies like carrots and fruit like apples, are fine.
