| Anyone know what happened to this Yorkie ? I watched this "ANIMAL RESCUE" program on TV tonight, and some horrible person in Daytona Beach had been evicted, and just walked out leaving their tiny Yorkie shaking in the house ! You should have seen the state of it....it had long curled under claws, filthy matted fur....horrendous ! It had a yeast infection due to the matted fur (rung alarm bells with me...see below) and had to be shaved and treated as the matting was sooooo bad. The wee thing was terrified....and quite thin as well. I was wondering if anyone on here knew what happened to it, and was it rehomed to a member ? It's name was COCO....and she was very stumpy legged with a long body. Debra x x x The reason it rung alarm bells with me is that when I bought Tammy in October 2006, she was shaved, and had a much worse yeast infection and red raw skin than that one had.....I now wonder if she had been shaved due to matting as well.....she was in such a terrible state when I bought her.....I wasn't going to leave her there...the man commented on my dogs' beautiful, well looked after coats....now it all fits ! ????? !!!!! 1. 2. 3. Tammy now 4. Tammy, Casper, Tara |

| Unfortunately, we are seeing more animals left behind when people leave their homes in the US due to bankruptcy or failed home loans. I don't understand why anyone would leave their pets without food or water when a simple phone call to the animal control or a rescue agency would prevent this type of abuse. Your pups are just beautiful and they are an example of caring. Warmly, Deborah
