| Update on Sweet William It's been a while since I wrote about william's broken leg. We went to the vet last Tues as it was 6 weeks and time to check on the healing. Well, it is healing good, lined up just right, but not healed enough. So William got a real fiberglass cast this time to give it more stability. He is adjusting well to it, it is a little longer and heavier. so, he is not as active as he was with th other one. It will be another 6 weeks before it comes off. i don't think he is fully recovered from the experince as he had to stay overnight and was soooo glad to see me when i went to get him.i was very glad too, i hated leaving him.. he is still being pretty quiet and mostly sleeping again. i will be so glad when he can get it off and he can play and be really happy. Melody

| Yeah, not too much longer. His name is Sweet William because that is exactly what I thought of when I saw his little face, the photo in my avatar, weeks before he came home. And he has turned out to be the sweetest boy! I love flowers and right now I can't think of what Sweet William looks like, but he lives up to that name beautifully.

| Oh how beautiful! Thanks for sharing that with me. Here's a picture of My Sweet William! He sort of looks like a flower with his rainbow collar on, no? ~Melody

| Thank you. I love his hair too. I used to keep my female Yorkie years ago in a puppy cut. But I got William and his hair had never been cut. It is gorgeous, a little harder to keep up, but, I have the time now as I am not working. He is good about being brushed and other grooming needs. A very good boy! ~Melody
