| Not Going There Again!!!! Went to my favorite pet supply store today. They've moved into a new large store. Now they have started to sell puppies. Barking, crying, tiny puppies. Tiny rat/chi puppies only 8 wks. old, crying, crying. Need to order supplies off internet or drive 50 miles to PetSmart. I'm not even sure what kibbles they carry. I would like to order Canidae Life Cycle. Anyone know of the best site that is prompt and reasonable? PM me, please. I can't stand going back in there. Came out with tears in eyes. DH agrees with me. | I was just going to post the same type thread!! I went to my local small pet store to by my puppies their food and they are also now selling puppies. They had a pug and miniture snauzer (spelling) When I asked if they got them locally, she said they buy them from a broker in Michigan!! It was awful! and they were asking $2500.00 for each! Some people were looking at the Pug and I wanted to scream at them not to purchase it, but on the other hand I wanted freedom for the little guy! I am going to start to purchase their food off the net. Petsmart does not carry it.

| Found out that this pet supply store has a 100% mark-up on the puppies they sell. The informant bought a Pom from them for $400---not neutered or dewclaws removed, no health guarantee. Joanne |

| Good Luck and guess these brokers are doing more and more business. I know we have more pet store going in and selling dogs at high prices and the sometimes they look terrible. You feel so sorry for them.

My Little Man! Donating Member | Oh its soo sad. Not that long ago I saw a pet supplies store that I never went to and I decided to check it out because I needed few things for Maxi. When I walked in there I saw they were selling one little puppy it was a girl spaniel and she looked so lonely. She looked at me with those sweet eyes take me home take me home, and I started to cry. I came over to play with her a little to brighten her up, she looked soooooo sad I left that store in tears.

| That sux about your petstore Maybe others will feel the same way and they'll lose business and have to shut down. I wish that would happen w/ all pet stores that sell puppies.
