| i need help asap! hey people! im a yorkie owner myself and i am doing a reserch paper on my yorkie...and well i have two questions that i need to answer so i can do my research paper(speech) i want to know why are they expensive? what makes them expensive?why are they stolen? and are they the number 1 stolen dog in the nation? so if anyone could help me please reply back here or on a private message asap...thanks a lot take care everyone |

| Look at the stars such as Britney with a new yorkie. I get offended when lil girl's (under 14) ask me isn't that an expensive dog?

| I think they are stolen because they are small and easy to snatch quickly and because they are expensive, people think they'll be able to resell them quickly for an easy buck. Or maybe they a want on for themselves (who wouldn't?) and can't otherwise afford one. Why are they expensive--good question that has different answers. Some are expensive because the breeder is trying to cover the expensive costs of breeding ethically--costs of breeding stock, medical test, invested time, veterinary and overall care, etc. Some are expensive because there are others out there trying to make money off of them. |
