Toto no doubt has more toys [some quite expensive] than our kids did! What are her faves? One of my husbands hankies with two knots tied in it, a water bottle cap large enough that there is no danger of her choking on it, a little stuffed thingy with a long "tail" which I made for her and my husband laughingly refers to as her "rat"! She will pull her nice toys out and scatter them throughout the house but when it comes to her really serious run and play time ... out come those pitiful looking little objects that for some reason she absolutely cherishes!! She is also fasinated with paper! We have to be expecially watchful that none fall within her reach!! She can shread a little piece of paper faster than you can catch her to take it from her!!

Heheh.. regular like photocopy paper? Neesa absolutely loves to shred up Kleenex! Into little 1 by 1 inch squares or so. She has a ball doing it. Little stuffed animals are also her favorite.

Baby is going on 17yrs old mostly she undefinedto sleep however when she's not sleeping she wanders around the house looking for me

(Poor thing wanders around the house for hours when I'm not home checking every corner & chair!)

Yep! Copy paper is good ... as long as it's paper! She was sitting on my husband's lap while he was concentrating on some paperwork and she nibbled the corner off one of his documents!! He had a flashback to grammer school and "the dog ate my homework"!! I can't figure out how she can make such a big mess with something like a "select-a-size" paper towel! She got one the other day and ran to her pen [safe place] and when I got there she had a piece on top of her head and one hanging from her "beard"!! It was tooo funny!!! She is such a hoot!

I know what you mean! Sometimes I'll look at the floor and I'll see a pile of shredded tissue, and I'll have no idea when that happened.

bettyanne and junebug: Your Yorkies don't actually EAT the paper, do they? Yoda just loves to shred and shred. I'm astounded that such little creatures have such BIG personalities!

Hmm, Yorkies must have had some preoccupation with paper in their history. I've seen several just love tearing up and eating paper. It's like their 'prey'!

It's definitely a Yorkie Thing To Do! Higgins shreds any paper he can get his little mouth on! It's sort of like an ongoing game of "52 Pickup" around here!
