| Great homemade toy!! So Sophie got one of my water bottles just now and I didn't want her chewing on the plastic for fear it would break. So I took an old sock and covered the bottle in it and tied it off at the top! She loves it!!! It's a make-do until I get to petsmart or walmart to get her one of those water bottle animals! It works great! |

| Ella love any plastic drink bottles, but it can get very annoying when your trying to watch TV. Ha ha. Another good homemade toy is an empty spool of thread tied to an old shoe string. Ella loves it, and she too will sometimes pick it over her other toys.

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | It's so funny because Manolo adored this empty cleaned out plastic container that used to hold land o lakes butter. She would chase it, bite it, and it would entertain her for a long time. The noises she made with it was like she was a drummer in a band.

| I just made Louis one. I used one of the little water bottles. Louis loves it. He keeps prancing around the room with it in his mouth. Thanks for the great idea! |

| I like the sock idea - the darn things are so hard to hold onto otherwise. I like my bottle:

| I did this the other night with an empty water bottle I had, I remembered reading this thread and took my sock off and put the water bottle in it. Gizmo really enjoyed his new toy! Thanks Kristy!
