yes 50 % no refundable unless it is Roobear Yorkies & Biewers fault that the puppy is not delivered

14. Your health guarantee and Yorkie selling contract (how can a prospective member review it - by email, on your Web site, etc.) -

We guarantee our babies for their lifetime. To see our contracts please email us. It is being updated on our web site at this time. We will also have a accident clause in this contract.

15. Any additional information you want to add -
We take pride in our babies and what we are breeding for. We have switched our feeding program to Halo a non grain kibble. Our babies are wormed and will have their shots. They are raised in our home with 3 lovely children and very well socialized. They do have CH bloodlines...

Hunter is the ugly Duckling. He may mature to be just awesome and going through the ugly stages of teenage time. He loves to play and is used to little kids.

Ah! He looks adorable to me. I have a soft spot for "ugly ducklings". I'm sure he'll be simply beautiful when he outgrows his "teenage stage".

Vicki, I saw this earlier today but couldn't comment there. I don't think he's an ugly duckling...I like his coloring and I think his expression is so sweet. He's smiling in that first picture...he's happy.

I know you'll find him a wonderful home.

he should be 7-8lbs and he is semi housebroken...getting better though
