| Hi! ~ First post Hi Everyone, I am going to be getting a Yorkie in September and I am so happy I found this site. This is my first dog, and I am a bit overwhelmed with information! I live on an acreage outside of Edmonton. I am thinking I will go with yorkiehouse kennel, as I just read the good reviews today. I am a bit worried about dog training, I have no idea where to start. Do I just get a good book on it? All and any advice is def. welcome. |

| If your getting a yorkshire from Yorkhouse Kennel you will have a wonderful pet. Michelle socializes her dogs so well that they are partially trained when you bring them home. I found that enrolling in a dog training class was the best solution for me -- although I have read many books on the subject as well -- the hands on training also gives socializing skills. I have one of Michele's dogs -- Levi (his registered name is Yorkhouse Frankenstein). Please say a hello to Michelle from Levi and me. |
