| Bad Breeder Kram Haus has changed name. Kram Haus breeder Diana Kram who ran her business out of her home in Clever, MO has changed locations and the name of her Company. It is now AZB Kennels and she has moved out of the Clever area and is now in Marshfield, MO. She is breeding Yorkies and other breeds and they live in deplorable conditions. Diana Kram has also changed her name to Diana Jones. These poor puppies are kept with her in her mobile home. Many are sick. They are left in their own urine and feces for days on end. There are no zoning laws where she is and the local and county police will not close her down. There is no animal shelter or animal control to stop this cruelty. If she requests a payment in cash she will not report it as income, it becomes her spending money. I have tried to contact her repeatedly to have her return a sick puppy my son had that she said she would take care of and we've never seen it again. BEWARE of this breeder. If you know of anything that I can do to stop this please let me know. Because she likes to deal with cash payments and offers no receipt we have no proof that the puppy is my son's so we can not take any action against her. She needs to be shut down and if all yorkie lovers are aware of this situation hopefully she will stop selling sick puppies. I hope anyone considering adding a new member to their family will check her out first. |

| I'm sorry that this has happened to your son. Can I ask how your son became involved with her? Was it via internet and the pup was shipped or did he actually go to her premesis and buy a puppy? Elaine |

| My son bought the puppy through her directly, without guidance and took her for her word. He was 17 and had not researched the breeder enough to know what to look out for. |

| I believe Beauford's TLC Kennel is owned by her mom... www.yorkshireterrierpup.com Not that her mom is responsible for Diana's actions but maybe you could contact her if you can't reach Diana. Hope things work out for you.

| OMG, this is awful and her mother breeds also... gee maybe you need to call the radio station and have her aired on tv.. is that not what one YTer did.. got her bad reviews and I think they finally had to shut her down then... I am sorry your son got involved at such a young age with such a terrible breeder... |

I've never heard anything bad about Beauford's Kennel... I just wanted to mention that her mom could be contacted .... she lives in Wappapello.

| If I were a breeder and had a daughter that bred also.. I would not want her to wreck my name.. and that could be what happens so maybe getting in touch with her mother, her mother may make a wrong right again.. anne |

| What about contacting PETA? I'm not a fan of most things they do, but they certainly know how to show up with cameras and take care of bad situations. These situations are so distressing. You just want to rescue all of those poor little dogs!

| Please don't take this the wrong way, but I'm very confused as to how a 17 year old can go unaccompanied to buy a puppy? That's an awful lot of money for a young boy to have access to. Also in NJ a minor (under the age of 18 years old) can not enter into a contract of sale. Elaine |

| In so far as Beafort Kennels (prob. spelled it the wrong way) I went to the website and although someone posted that they have not heard of anything bad about them (The mother) they are breeding 3.5 lbs. females so obviously they cannot be too great. Elaine |

| Interesting. I received an IM from Diane Kraus (Kraus Kennels) Claiming she did not sell a puppy to this boy that she actually raised him. I'm not sure why I received this email - did anyone else get it? I have a couple of points to make though; 1. Regardless of whether what she says is true or not - I did a google search and her name came up backing up the original poster's claims (Link below) AND, SHE IS A BAD BREEDER. http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/238/ripoff0238532.htm AND, right here on YT there were postings on this breeder back in January of 2007 (See link below) http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/arc...p/t-66681.html With that said, I do have to stil ask again how a 17 year old boy would be permitted to go alone to someone's home and purchase a puppy. Now he has no pup- no receipt- no registration- was it suppose to be registered??He paid cash- got no receipt?? she sold that pup again probably! Does he have a bank statement where he drew the money out of a bank account on date bought?? any one, besides you to confirm for him- I'd take her to small claims!! Get her not so good records and take her to small claims! You could- it might not be easy, but if you look and search- find some people who had bad luck w/ her! they might need you- and your son could use them! A person has got to try! I live in Mo- I don't know where this town is though! I have never heard anything bad about her parnets kennels though! I kind of looked at one of there pups! They sell them super fast!

I'm not saying she the breeder would care if the kid was 17 years old. What I'm asking to put it bluntly is "How can a parent allow a 17 year old to go and buy a pup without them and where would a 17 year old get the $$ without his parents knowing." It makes no sense to me. Call me old fashioned but my son is 14 yrs. almost 15 yrs. and there is not way he'd have that kind of cash on him or access to that cash - enough to get a puppy without me knowing. And, there is no way I'd allow him to go without myself or husband with him. I'm not denying that this person is a bad breeder. I googled her myself and her name came up under the rip off report as well as right here on YT back in January of 2007 but what I am saying is that THIS particular post about a 17 year old buying the pup does not make sense. I'm sorry, but bad breeder or not I tend to believe what she wrote and not the original poster and believe me by no means am I sticking up for this breeder, but my feelings are that the original poster is no better then this breeder. I am always amazed at people...if you read the ripoff report I have to ask how someone could go ahead and buy a puppy after seeing the living conditions of these dogs.
