I think were having pups tonight! I'm almost positive Franny is going to have her pups tonight a few days early by my calculations I was thinking closer to the end of the week but whats a day or 2. She's showing all the signs she seems to be in the begining stages of it.So I guess it'll be a late one!

I'm not sure now shes decided to have a snack and her temp is back up? Also she's seemed to calm down. She has mucus on her vulva, she was having labored breathing, and digging in her whelping box. She was also looking all over the house all nervous this is the same my other female acts when she's getting ready to go but now it seems she wants to eat and take a nap. Me too! I'm just going to keep an eye on her; this her first litter so they all have there own ways of doing things or maybe she just being a tease.

| It sounds like she is actually pretty close. Just keep an eye on her if she starts to try and push. If she is trying to push and the baby isn't coming out, don't let her go too long without presenting a baby. Thats a good time to think about taking her in to the vet. Has she been x-rayed so you know how many babies she is carrying? Sonya

I haven't seen her have any contractions yet. She was going in tomorrow for her x-ray but she already had her ultra sound we saw 3 for sure and possibly a fourth she wouldn't sit still anymore.

She was whimpering a little last night then finally came to bed. Maybe she's just really uncomfortable she is pretty big now. She was showing the signs now it's just the waiting game.
