| Yes a neutered male can go after a female I have heard people with their males still going after a female while in heat. But theres nothing he can really do, and he could just be doing it as play. |

| My lab was neutered at 6 months and when we got any rescued girls he made them part of his harem. He had two or three of them and when they would go into heat heat was killing himself!!!! old man at 13 was still going until he got sick.

| Yes, they can and sometimes will. Our male shows no interest at all in our females since his neuter, but it is not always the case. But at least you don't have to worry about any 'accidents.' |

| When you say "will go after" are you saying a neutered male can still want to have "relations" with the heat girl? I really need to know this since I am looking at a boy/brother for Tiffy and I am not planning on getting her operated.

| If you don't have one of the spayed or neutered you will have puppies. If he's neutered he may go after her, but can't get her pregnant.

| I would absolutely have the male neutered but please tell me when you say "go after her" do you mean "you know"?? The reason I am not spaying her is because of her tiny size to begin with. Would a neutered male try to mount and do the act with her?? I would so appreciate your help!!

| So your sister's dog (who is neutered) goes after her to try to mount her and may even get hooked on? Is this possible?
