My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | DNA Kit My AKC DNA kit arrived today. Any suggestions on how to get the best possible swab? I have a feeling I am going to have a struggle on my hands. |

| Remember, you don't have to pry a mouth open to swab the inside cheek. Just put the swab in the corner of the mouth to the inside and just swab up and down, turning the cotton swab. |

| Breny it is easier if you have someone hold the the puppy for you. There are two little bones at the back of the neck of the dog if fingers are placed firmly but gently placed on these bones and held, you have better control. Just place the swab inside the cheek and gently move it around for the required time it describes in your instructions.
