| Only know from the experience of a friend - Diva Pup isn't really a broker (at least by the definitions I've heard) as she never has control of any of the pups. She basically does the website for various breeders (and I use that term loosely) and takes a commission. The pups ship from wherever the breeder is. Kind of a consignment, but she doesn't have any. I think she owns a few herself, but not sure. A friend bought a pup from her and had some problems and she was basically the intermediary between the friend and the breeder. |

| I may be mixing Diva Pup up with NewCutie.com who advertise in the local Asbury Park Press but I think one of them, hmm now that I'm thinking about it I do think it is Newcutie but anyway it was either Diva Pup or New Cutie that get their dogs from Brazil. I spoke to one of them awhile back when looking for my Yorkie. I was told that her family breeds the Yorkies in Brazil then ships them to her. There is also another breeder in NJ in the North Jersey area that gets her dogs from Ireland. I do know that I was looking at the prices of Diva pup and holy crap they were pretty high. Some of them were in the $3,000 range. Elaine |
