| Increased appetite?? Do your females get a sudden increase in appetite shortly before they go into heat? I expect Grace to go into her second heat cycle around the first week of April, and for the past couple of days, she has just SCARFED down her food and begged for more. Typically, it takes her several hours of "grazing" to finish her scoop of food. Just wondering if they are like us - - eating ravinously before their cycle. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Cali was in her first heat a few weks ago. She did eat better, she's a real picky eater usually, but once she was in heat I had to coax her to eat anything.

| Well, I just wondered, because I am trying to plan a short out-of-town trip, but I need to be here to breed her. So, I was just curious if I should be expecting her to start in the next few days. It's all in the timing, and I will be the one facilitating the breeding, rather than the stud's owner. |
