YorkieTalk Newbie! | breeding yorkie My Yorkie is 4 pounds I bred her with a 3 pound Yorkie. I have bred before it just wasn't yorkies my pugs were different and seemed easier. I have been reading on yorkie breeding but still have questions and concerns. I was there to help my pug deliver every one of her puppies i do have some breeding knowledge |

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | As a breeder I would NEVER breed any dog under 5 pounds. so with that said, is very posible your girl IS pregnant, make sure she eats a GOOD quality puppy kibble and be ready for a posible C-Section. also NO calcium during pregnancy. wishing your girl the best, this is going to be a VERY stressfull time for her and YOU, because she is very small. also x rays at day 58 to see if her pelvic bone is big enogh, otherwise schedule a C-section. hugs, |

| It would be nice to have some kind of pre-natal exam/blood work, so you have some kind of a baseline....so you will know where you are starting from. That will determine what you need to be doing to provide momma and developing babies optimal conditions for healthy development. |
