Thank you for the info. My little girl who is now 16 weeks I'm told was sired by a Yorkie that came out of her kennel and who was a champion. I just emailed her and sent the pedigree hoping maybe she'll remember him.

| I don't know her but I like looking at pedigree's and show results. I've found that she's involved in 3 kennels. She's either a co-owner and/or breeder in all of them... and they all seem to do well at the shows. Annstef's (Ann Stringer - Stephanie Barnes) Stinger's Destiny's Start at the bottom of this page (where the Yorkies always are) and work your way up from there. New Page 1

She currently has the #2 yorkie in the US. CH Stringer's Something's Gotta Give (something like that). As I always say regarding breeders....always do your homework on each and every breeder including myself Donna Bird Brooklynn's Yorkshire Terriers

Yorkies First of all, I would like to SAY 'Hello' to the the community~. I know Anna Stringer, Stephanie Barnes and Judy Marksbury, personally, as well as Kathleen Hackworth of Te-Ka Yorkies(I have one of her dogs), and I want to say that they are wonderful ladies and have some of the most beautiful dogs out there~! They are highly respected in the Yorkie world and breed ethically~. I have had the pleasure of traveling and showing with these ladies~. If you are looking for a dog to show or a pet for home....you could not go wrong with getting one from these ladies.....Sincerely, Patty MacDonald ps...If you ever want to see the Yorkies, go to a dog show one weekend, one of the group may be there showing~.

I feel very fortunate to know Anna Stringer. She is a lovely person and her Yorkies are incredible. My little girl, Lollipop is a daughter of GR CH Stringer's Somethings Gotta Give, aka Jack who was the 2010 #1 Yorkie (all breed). She and Vicky Meadows stayed with my neighbor/friend/mentor, Lisa, when they were showing in Atlanta last year and we had a wonderful couple of evenings sharing Yorkie stories.

Thanks for your endorsement of Te-Ka. I searched a week ago and meant to respond then, but got busy, as now am new mommy to TWO of her beautiful puppies I did as much research as possible, as it's pretty scary out there and hard to know who to trust. It's because of yorkie talk that I was able to know where to begin, as well as gain some first hand references.
