| Although we do not allow strangers to walk through our kennel, we plan to post photos so you can take a virtual tour instead! I'm no expert but I don't like that they wrote that. It makes me suspicious. From their past Yorkies I only found 3 that got my attention. 3 different breeds don't like that either. I would look somewhere else. But thats just me. |

| I'm not sure what your breeding goals are but this did not look like a very serious Yorkie breeder to me. I think you want to progress with your breeding program and I think you should find a show breeder because show dogs have proven themselves in the ring so you have a good chance of getting a dog to improve your breeding program. Of course you still have to ask a ton of questions and check out show breeders too because they are not all ethical. |

| Multiple Breeds for Sale I don't like how they have multiple breeds for sale and you can't tour their kennel. I wouldn't buy a Yorkie in a outside Kennel regardless. Multiple breeds for sale sounds like they are in a business instead of offering a breed for the love of that breed and dedication to that breed. I know of two breeders in Tenn. that are being investigated for having multiple small breed for sale around the year. Heads up on these type of breeders

| Birdsong Kennel I will give some expert advice here and that is never buy from any breeder who does not bile acid test the PUPPIES...........testing the adults only tells you they do not have livershunt but they very well could be carriers of livershunt........there is no test for that yet.........Dr.Center is working on finding a DNA marker so breeders can breed responsibly.......also mixing breeds is not doing any good for the breed.......why are they doing this.......one reason...$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ cute little puppies sell and it is all about the money.........think with your head and not your heart...............ask this breeder if she bile acid test her puppies.......I bet she has some great story to tell and you can be smug and let her know that testing breeding stock is fine but you have to test the pups......why buy someone elses heartbreak.........hope this helps glory |

| Birdsong Hi I live down the road for Birdsong Kennels and I have bought two Chihuahuas from her the kennels use to be open where you could see in. but now have a fence around them. I just bought my little boy about six or seven months I love him I called and ask if she had any and went to look at what she had I got Monkey and brought him home the other one I got, I got along time ago he died. Not from anything that concerned her. I think she just sells a few breeds. Anyways thats all I know. |

| We live in Chattanooga part time and I see alot of ads in the paper for Yorkie puppies. I think she does brees on a regular basis and that concerns me abit. There is a breeder of show dogs in the Sevierville,TN area that has some beautiful dogs. I would certainly stay away from a kennel in Chickamauga, GA. he has been reported for violations of neglect and being a puppy mill, just can't remember the name, OH IT's CHICKAMAUGA KENNELs........ a man answers the phone and Denies being a mill, I asked !!!!! I will look for the other breeders name for you and post it. Good luck, Hey did you look to see if anyone on YT had a pup you could get???

| Hi again, I just looked at the website again and realized that this is the same website that I looked at last year. The same pics the SAME Puppies advertised, the same statement that her studs were 'just tested' for liver shunt and the same NEW SKYLAR brewier. I still think you should look on YT dogs to find a puppy......Good Luck..
