| Need Help - Poo ? Duchess was born on Oct. 18...she will be 4 weeks this Thursday. Should she be pooping on her own now? I don't think I've seen a poo at all unless I've missed it...I wash the blankets frequently but I don't remember seeing anything that looked like puppy poo(unless I don't know what I'm looking for). She is peeing on her own now and I do remember seeing a little "turd" when she was first born and momma Diva stimulated her to go...other than that I don't think I've noticed any. Should I be concerned? Please advise. Yolanda |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Lexie's pups are pooing on their own (as well as with Lexie's help), but even when I do seethem in the act,, which isn't really often, Lexie's got it cleaned up just that fast. So Duchess could be pooing and your not seeing any evidence of it cuz mama Diva is cleaning it up for you. Or maybe at just over 3 weeks, she just hasn't started it on her own yet.

| Thanks Rose...I won't hit the panic button just yet...just keep a watchful eye...she certainly isn't acting like anything's wrong(constipated, etc.). That's why I'm glad you're a week ahead of me. Any questions I may have, you've probably just experienced. thanks |

| poo With only one, mom is no doubt "diapering" just fine...rarely does a puppy not be able to move their bowels at 4 weeks...most can manage at 3 weeks... |
