2 new ideas desperately seeking your opinion 2 Attachment(s) First one is the monogrammed vests and dress harnesses . . what do you think of them? A customer had requested her baby's vest to be monogrammed and being inexperienced, have yet to play with the different fonts . . . I made this a few days ago and wanted to get your opinion if personalized monogrammed vests is something you would like me to carry on my website. I have another customer that wanted a special birthday dress for her little spoiled angel so am thinking that perhaps I need to make this available on my website. . .what do you think?????? |
3 Attachment(s) Second one is offering personalized DOGGIE TOWELS for our little spoiled furbabies and want to know if this is something you guys would be interested in buying. I don't have a sample yet but here is one that I have asked permission just to show you what I had in mind . . . of course in place of the dots, it will have to be paws, bones, ladybug, skulls or whatever your hearts desire . . . check out the artwork I made for Annika and Tiger . . .this style of monogramming is scalled "stacking" . . . . they sure are fun to make. I will try to see if I can squeeze making it. I just discovered about "stacked" words yesterday and will soon be playing with it more . . . I wish I had known about this sooner as I would have done it to the vest order . . . As always, HONEST comments is much appreciated. |
Hi Des - love both ideas - the vests are so cute - you did a great job. I love the towels - what a great idea - and what a super idea for the YT gift exchange!! You could do one with yellow duckies on them, etc., etc. :D |
I LOVE these :thumbup: Very cute and I love the monogrammed idea. Since I have 8 dogs I had to have their fleece coats all monogrammed to save me time when I went to put them on everyone.:D I also ordered ribbon bows on barrettes with their names on their bows. I ordered them from a lady who did baby barrettes. |
I love the vests!!!!!!!! What about Tee's???? I love putting T shirts on my babies and I think T's would be cute too! :thumbup: |
More great ideas Des. Love the towel. Want one as soon as they are available for Bud. As long as it's big enough for his big butt. A bath towel is perfect! I am sure this idea will carry over,eventually, onto all your clothing articles if YT'ers want it. Wonderful idea's. |
Goodness gracious, Des....seems like you're always "reinventing the wheel". It must be difficult to come up with new and interesting ideas, but you always make them sooooo beautifully!! I really like the idea of the towels...something totally different! And of course, the vests are perfect because everyone needs to know our little furbutts' names...hehe :p:p One suggestion....I don't know if anyone else would agree...but I was thinking that the "T" and "Tiger" should maybe differ in color more so it would be easier to read both ??? Or maybe it wouldn't be bad at all...guess I'd just have to see it. Also, maybe that is not possible with monogramming to have two diff. colors. You asked for honest, so I thought I'd put my 2 cents in....??? You can take it for what it's worth...not much lol Very cute stuff though, really, Des! Can't wait to see it all on your Web site!!!! |

Love it Des!!! Sukoshi actually has a harness with her name embroidered on it already, but it's too small for her now :( , so she would definitely be in the market for a new one. Also, I bought a personalized towel and sock for my gift exchange buddy for this past gift exchange since our girl had a problem with stealing other people's towels and socks :eek: :eek: , and I think they were both a big hit!!! I'm pretty picky about Sukoshi's towels (only use that microfiber material on her), but depending on the material and size, I would be interested in a personalized bath towel for her too!! I think you should definitely offer personalization on your site and leave it up to the buyer if we choose to add that onto our order! That way, it will be available to those of us who want it and those that don't can just pass! OH! And I LOVE the stacking idea!!! |
Des, I think the personalized name harness vests are really nice. :) And I love the towels. I actually bought embroidered towels with 1 Paw Print on them from a vendor at SaveAYorkie Day. I use them as hand towels in my bathroom. I would defiently be interested in the personalized towels. :) Good Job as usual. :thumbup: |

You know I love the idea of personalized dresses and those towels are to die for. I love the designs you did for Tiger and Annika!!!!!! Yes, we would definitely want these!!!!! Another idea for you, I have a paw wiper made out of terry in the shape of a large paw that you put your hand inside (like an oven mitt) just to wipe off feet. Would especially love something like that!!!!! |
Love these, Des! Especially the towels-great holiday and GE idea! But..Now Emma and Milli each want their own ;) This would also be really cute for those yorkie owners that have rooms/bathrooms especially for their dogs. We have one bathroom that we use, but the long counter underneath the sink is where we store all of their stuff, and it's right by our back door, so I keep paw wiping towels and their bath towels in there too-so maybe we need some Emma and Milli towels for that room too! |
Oooh! Thought of another idea-could you make terry bathrobes for yorkies that would match the monogram of the towels? |

On the towels I would love paw prints. I don't know if I personally would go so far to have them individually monogrammed, but embroidered with paws or bones would be so cute. But can I just suggest those super absorbent towels. I've see a "jowl towel" that I just think it adorable. |

I think this is a great idea. Love the stacking. You are so creative Des.:) I really like the towels! I use them all the time. It would be great to get my babies their own pretty set of bath towels. I always keep a hand towel on my lanai just to wipe their wet feet when they come in. I pack an extra hand towel on road trips too. I also like to keep one in the car just in case and one with their stroller - you never know. :) |
