Do you like pinafore dresses at Easter time?

I made this raggedy ann dress at halloween and i'm thinking a similar pinafore (without the red of trim of course) would look super cute on some floral prints for easter time. What do you think?

Or do you all prefer lacey numbers for easter?

I think this one is gorgeous, although I don't have a girl it will look great on someone girl.

AND no I wouldn''t prefer all the lace
its different from all the rest and thats one reason I like it more
other than being gorgeous

That is really cute. Do you have them just for everyday - not the holiday fabrics? I like to buy dresses that I can use more often than once a year.:D

Chachi: This is my raggedy ann costume and it is listed on my site.

But i want to make some with different fabrics for everyday and for easter especially if people think the style is cute. I don't particularly care for lots of lace so I'm trying to think of ideas to be unique..

I love it without the lace. Lace is nice for occasions but it's nice to have them not always so fancy :)

BTW - You can do no wrong style wise. If you sew it, they will come!;)

Awww....put some easter fabric behind that white pinafore and some easter colored trim.............prefer it much over the lacy style:thumbup: .

I agree. Lace is pretty for Valentines day, but I think a no frills pinafore would be cuter for Easter.

I love that Raggedy Ann costume...it is so adorable. I would just have to see the other pinafore dresses...I'm sure they'll be adorable too! I'm not a fan of lots of lace..to frilly..I know, funny since my girl's name is Lacy ;)

That's really cute! I think I really like the pinafore dresses! I think it would make Lacy look like a little doll! Could you do like a solid light pink, baby blue, or lavendar with the pinafore? I LOVE the rose trim on the pinafore too!!! There is another dress I want to order from you soon too.

I can't wait to see the purple one. I think that color would be better on a Maltese.

I think a Yorkie would be stunning in yellow or purple.
