YorkieTalk Gift Exchange X SIGNUPS!
 

The next YorkieTalk Gift Exchange, YT GE X, our tenth Gift Exchange, will take place in November 2007. Remember that the person you are giving a gift to MAY or MAY NOT be the same person you are receiving a gift from.

Please note in order to participate:

- You must be a Donating Member of YorkieTalk.

- You must have 100 or more posts here at YorkieTalk.

- You must have joined YorkieTalk on or before October 1, 2007.

- Please do NOT send your Secret Buddy any USED toys or clothes. Re-gifting a new item you may have received is fine, but any USED items are not allowed.


Please make sure you have read the Gift Exchange Rules and Regulations thread as well as the Gift Exchange FAQ before you sign up!

Please do not sign up unless you are currently a Donating Member.

Please note that the spending minimum is $20 for your Gift Exchange gift (this does not include shipping), though if you choose to spend more on your Secret Buddy, you may. Please do not expect anything more.

Here is the Gift Exchange Rules and Regulations thread. Please read it again, as there have been some changes to the rules since the last Gift Exchange. We now require all participants to be Donating Members (members that have donated $25 or more). If you are ALREADY currently a Donating Member (your usertitle shows Donating Member), this does not apply to you. We must receive your donation by the end of the Gift Exchange signup period for you to participate.

Please note that you MAY receive a secret buddy in Canada (if you are in the US), and you MAY receive a secret buddy in the US (if you are in Canada). Be prepared to pay a few dollars more in shipping costs if this is the case. If you receive a secret buddy in Europe or overseas, there will be extra shipping costs, thus you will be reimbursed roughly $19 for the extra shipping. We will reimburse you via Paypal or cashier's check after you mail out your package. Also, to save on shipping costs, you may want to keep the package "lighter".

This thread is ONLY for signups. Do not post any questions or anything else besides sign up in this thread. Please PM us if you have any questions.

You must already have your Yorkie (if you are a new Yorkie parent) by October 1, 2007 to participate in this Gift Exchange.

The signup period will end October 31, 2007. You will receive your Secret Buddy information shortly after that. If for some reason you sign up and can not participate in this Gift Exchange, you MUST notify us before the end of the signup period.

You may send gifts starting November 1, 2007. The deadline for sending out gifts will be November 30, 2007.

Anything extra I want my Gift Exchange Pal to know about my Yorkie (please mention anything your Yorkie doesn't like or doesn't want or can't eat) - None of my dogs eat unhealthy treats, no greenies, no rawhide, nothing they can't digest. They eat all natural, organic treats so only that please if you do get treats. The ones that are small or you can break into pieces are great. No chewable sticks cause that usually makes them aggressive with each other. Also NO treats from China please or plastic toys they can eat. But otherwise Sophia loves treats and anything nice. Plushies, clothes from China, etc are fine. Anything else would be great and we'll love :thumbup: We are really excited! :)

Beamer is a real sweetie who loves to kiss and snuggle up under my neck. Looks like he is going to be a long tall skinny boy. He is one of the two babies that were born to Sunnie and Sunshine on April 9th, 2007, so I have raised him since birth. He has no known allergies and likes just about anything.

He loves harnesses and leashes because they equal going for a walk! He could use some new shoes for the winter because his got worn out last year too. Beau loves stuffed animals...no latex or rubber please! Please no treats from China, other items (clothing, stuffed toys, etc. are fine!) Also, Beau has a short hair cut so bows won't work...:(

Rainbow (aka DIVA, Princess, BoBo, Miss Independent) a cuddly little girly girl with the thickest silkiest hair and a cute little smirk on her face She is one of the two babies that were born to Sunnie and Sunshine on April 9th, 2007, so I have raised her since birth. She has no known allergies and likes just about anything, but her treats must be small in size. Gracie is allergic to corn. Gracie could really use another silk harness from Chattie's mom, preferably purple!. She also loves PocoMutt jogging pants and tops. She could also use some new jammies from Go-Fetch (love those snaps!) She just got a new raincoat so that is not needed. She won't wear hats or shoes.
