The next YorkieTalk Gift Exchange, YT GE IX, our ninth Gift Exchange, will take place in August 2007.

Please note in order to participate:

- You must be a Donating Member of YorkieTalk.

- You must have 100 or more posts here at YorkieTalk.

- You must have joined YorkieTalk on or before July 1, 2007.

Please make sure you have read the Gift Exchange Rules and Regulations thread as well as the Gift Exchange FAQ before you sign up!

Please do not sign up unless you are currently a Donating Member.

Please note that the spending minimum is $20 for your Gift Exchange gift (this does not include shipping), though if you choose to spend more on your Secret Buddy, you may.

Here is the Gift Exchange Rules and Regulations thread. Please read it again, as there have been some changes to the rules since the last Gift Exchange. We now require all participants to be Donating Members (members that have donated $25 or more). If you are ALREADY currently a Donating Member that has donated $20 or more, this does not apply to you. We must receive your donation by the end of the Gift Exchange signup period for you to participate.

Please note that you MAY receive a secret buddy in Canada (if you are in the US), and you MAY receive a secret buddy in the US (if you are in Canada). Be prepared to pay a few dollars more in shipping costs if this is the case. Also, to save on shipping costs, you may want to keep the package "lighter".

This thread is ONLY for signups. Do not post any questions or anything else besides sign up in this thread. Please PM us if you have any questions.

You must already have your Yorkie (if you are a new Yorkie parent) by July 1, 2007 to participate in this Gift Exchange.

The signup period will end July 20, 2007. You will receive your Secret Buddy information shortly after that. If for some reason you sign up and can not participate in this Gift Exchange, you MUST notify us before the end of the signup period.

You may send gifts starting July 21, 2007. The deadline for sending out gifts will be August 15, 2007.

She does not wear a collar at all. I use a harness to walk her.

Yorkie's Favorite Toys, Snacks, Clothing style - Bella loves squeaky toys (the cloth type ones, she sorta destroys the plastic ones) bully sticks and soft type treats, I try to buy her practical clothing. She won't wear tons during the summer but t shirts work good for her, summer dresses and this winter I'll be stocking up on sweatshirts, coats, sweaters and jammies for her. She will wear smaller bows in her hair, I prefer the clip/barrette type ones. Bella's hard to keep still for the rubber band ones.

She usually won't eat the hard treats found at most pet stores. We prefer all natural treats. She really does not need any leashes or collars, but she could use a silk step-in harness. Anything extra I want my Gift Exchange Pal to know about my Yorkie (please mention anything your Yorkie doesn't like or doesn't want or can't eat) - Sophie will love & appreciate anything she gets. She could sure use some more hair rubber bands and she LOVES bows from Katy's Bows. She is the BIGGEST daddy's girl you will EVER meet. He (my husband) even jokes that they are gonna run away together and get their own apartment (He is whooped)
