I think it's a smart thing to be a thrifty shopper...I know I am! If I find something cute, my first thought is "can I make this?" And if so, will my cost be less than the purchased price/cuter/mean more? :)

Besides, there are SO MANY cute things at Home Goods that are much less and the same thing online. :)

Yes, I really really hope people who are thinking about joining will join. Please don't worry about how much you can or will spend. As long as you meet the minimum requirement, that's all ANY of us can expect.

And, again...the experience is what I'm in it for. Just chatting, meeting, and having fun with everyone. I might "talk a lot" according to Kendra but I really don't have a lot of friends here..I'm hoping to change that :)

The experience, IMO, is priceless. I sure hope everyone that wants to join does join. Besides, we need some more girls in this thing. ;) :p

Exactly. It's the experience! I don't think anyone this time around is going to spend hundreds...and it's not the monetary value that's important. :)

Well said! I need to be more mindful of this for this next go round. Last GE was our first and I know I got carried away. I'm going to try to do better. I certainly wouldn't want anyone to feel locked out either. GE's are so much fun for us and I would want everyone to have as much fun as we do.

Ok... I will sign mr Mack up and I will try my best to not over do it!! Maybe 100-150.... That's pretty darn reasonable for me because I tend to get carried away too!!

So those of you with two...im getting the itch to sign up but can't do 2...how did you decide which one gets signed up...both girls love getting mail and presents...they seem to know when a I bring a package into the house whether or not its for them....Rosie is the oldest by 5.5 years but I got Ruby first. Ruby is around 4 lbs and Rosie around 6.5. Rosie is all girlie...shabby chic style...ruby very much tom boy....any suggestions who to pick if I sign up????

I'm curious....if this is the case, why does YT set a minimum, but not set a limit?

I would probably go with the oldest first and then do the younger one the next time. You could play eenie meenie miney moe. lol

Oh, or make them draw straws ;)

I have three...two girls, also getting the itch to sign up. For me since Raelle is my first...the one I spoil rotten, I think I would sign Jersey up, she is the youngest and a bit of a tom pup...Raelle is the girly girl at 6lbs. Jersey is longer and taller that her big sis, but weighs less.
Anything I have made or I buy at the store is usually for Raelle...my baby...:rolleyes: Don't get me wrong I love them all, but Raelle holds a very special place in my heart. Orion is my big bruiser boy at 14lbs! I may put him in the next one...

OK Morgan convinced me...Jersey is signed up!
I am a little nervous, but so very excited! Looking forward to this our first ever GE!!!
