I am sitting her wasting time with more window shopping, imagine if we had to do this before the INTERNET, boy those boxes would be dull or half empty. shopping made me rethink some of my answers

so I am tweaking them from earlier in thread.


What ONE item is at the top of your yorkie's letter to Santa Paws?
Lola loves to swim and we are starting to enter her in dock diving events, so she has become a Diving Diva, so special towels just for her would be nice.

I have discovered that small but not micro mini size alligator clips for bows work pretty well, at first I was opposed to them and only wanted rubber bands, but we like them so we could go either way. She really needs bows and could use solid color ones because it always seems like I don't have a bow to go with an outfit. we like the double loop stiff bows that are just under .5"wide. she could also use something to put them in.


Favorite scents? i do like the pine and outdoor holiday scent candles and I do have a warmer, but not scentsy, for some reason it did not appeal to me, guess I still like a flame

Candy? Lola's daddy said to tell you the heck with my diet, he likes chocolate especially those pecan torties

OK that should do it, now all I want to know is WHO IS LOLA'S buddy

I read my answer to this question to my boyfriend and he goes, "what about me!!! I like candy too!" haha I told him that he isn't allowed to get in on the GE, cause he just makes fun of me the whole time and thinks I'm nuts. Plus I do all the work. He's definitely not reaping any benefits haha

Tessa and her mommy got me sour patch kids in the last GE and I forgot to throw away the empty box. My boyfriend came over and was like, "what the heck, I wanted some!" Geno and I said nope - candy for mommy only. He ended up eating half the bag of twix I got as well though. lol

And now I am imagining Luma exploding in a poof of fur and sparkles. Pink of course. ;) If I notice any trembling I will take it as a sign of imminent yorksplosion and will hold her tight.

Oh YEAH...we have a man in the house too! Totally forgot about him ;) But Luma says "daddy doesnt need pwesents, he sed I can have dem instead! What a nice daddy I gots huh?? :D"

to funny my DH did not even know about this till yesterday he could tell I was wound tight and when I said I was waiting to hear who my secret buddy is, he was like WHAT, I was waiting for his normal question what is THIS going to cost so I changed the topic to candy:D i do love candy, sweedish fish, salted carmels, almond roca, any type of chocolate covered toffee. but I have no control:(:(:(....... when I got my new yorkie cookie jar I ate all the cookies in it before he even got home, I am baaaaaaaaaaaaad

who would like homemade doggie treats I have a freind that makes an oatmeal peanut butter treat and she sweetens it with apples and apple juice I thought this might be fun to make but it sounds like there are alot of sensative pups in the GE, I am spoiled nothing seems to bother Lola, I do try to not overdue it and no China treats and so forth, but there are not to many things she will not eat, LOL she takes after her momma:D:D

Courtney, did you do the spreadsheet last year? Can you tell me what it looks like or how to organize one? I did make a bunch of charts to keep track of what items I buy from whom, order and arrival date, etc

hahaha I am the same way! Def no control. I am forcing some control during work though by not spending stuff on frivilous things including my 7/day Starbucks order just so I have money to buy our buddy some awesome things. Also might start taking the bus again to work since I ride for free. I'll save gas and $5/day for parking lol

what email program do you use, i use outlook and make a file folder for stuff I order on line. I have one titled yorkie stuff and put all my email confirmations and paypal email receipts in that. I plan to have one that says GE and just move the emails pertaing to the ge purchases into that folder, spreadsheets sound like work and not fun

I think the spreadsheet was something people used to do in past GE's for keeping up with hints. That way they were all listed and could check off if it applied to their yorkie. Idk :confused:

Brandon made fun of me when I told him about the GE so he definitely isn't getting any of what's in our box! Lol. I think these men are really just jealous! We just ate dinner. I'm off to window shop online some more. :)

hmm I just did a personal one - It just had the item, where I bought it from, bought date, ship date, est. arrival, and price. I did it on excel. It was really easy and not hard to make.

I don't think I got one last year that people were using. I'll look on my laptop at home and see if I can find anything like that from last year.
