all i can say os OH MY DOG! what a wonderful way to end Peppermint's first GE!!! we absolutely loved everything we got and Peppermint has SUCH a good time going through everything! (Dexter had fun too...couldn't leave him totally out of the fun! he stole the tiny tennis balls before they were even out of the package) :rolleyes: THANK YOU PRISCILLA AND UNI!!!!! WE LOVE OUR BUDDY!!!!

As most of you know, i don't make smileboxes for our thank yous...i make a video. i got footage from when we opened the box and boy are we having fun editing it! we will have the video complete tomorrow to post but figured we would post some of the pictures we got now!

I had to pack everything back up in the box once we were done to be able to take with me on my move, so i appologize that there is no list of what we got as i don't want to forget anything, but it will all be seen in the video i am posting tomorrow.

I also want to thank Priscilla and Uni for being so patient with us and appologize that we didn't get much time to be on the threads, having fun with the guessing of the buddy! if i would have known in advance what i was going to go through this month, i wouldn't have signed up for the GE for fear of not giving out buddies enough time and attention. but your gift arrived on a particularily hard day for me involving many tears. The hour we took to open and go through everything was a wonderful retreat from the "real world" and helped put a smile on my face that day. i really cannot thank you enough....

Yay! I"m so glad you got it! Alana, I am so sorry you have to go through what you are going through, and I can't even imagine, but I'm glad that at least you got to get away from the "real world" if not for just a bit, and I am so honored that you said the box made you smile. :)

I hope the clothes aren't TOO big for Pepper, I know she is so tiny, but hopefully she will grow into them. I forgot to tell you I made the sailor vest for Uni when she was younger, but it still was way too small. I had it stashed away for a few years. It was waiting for just the right special little girl to give it to. :)

Alana, I'm so sorry you are going through such a troubling time. The GE came at such an off time for you but I'm so happy Priscilla and Uni were able to take you to a better place for an hour. I'm looking forward to your video. I can't get enough of Peppermint and those great, long legs!!

the sailor dress is absolutely the cutest thing i have ever seen! and i love it even more now that i know you made it yourself!!! the red and white stripped dress fits her perfectly and so does the Trouble Maker shirt! i am HOPING she grows enough to fit into the other adorably cute outfits also! every morning i tell peppermint that she has to grow, but so far shes not listening to me very well :p

the box not only made me smile, but also gave me an excuse to sit down and really enjoy some time with the two fur butts...i smiled, laughed and really enjoyed every minute of it...and so did they....from how beautifully everything was wrapped down to the small details of the awesome print of a yorkie with the saying something along the lines of "no one enters without the dogs approval" LOL! when the time comes that i am going to be entering back into the dating world, that will be prominently framed and displayed in the front foyer so any man knows where he stands in this houshold... :D

Aww, now you got me tearing up. :) But yea LOL all guests must be approved by the yorkies! No exceptions! :eek::D:p

I have had a few bad times in the past year.. on the really scary days I imagine all my yt friends as little yorkies in the back seat of my car barking encouragements... you are welcome to use my imagination too:D:):rolleyes:

Priscilla & Uni... i need you to be a tiny bit more patient with me and wait till tomorrow for the video :( my computer has been soooo slow today and crashed a couple times so i didn't get as much as anticipated done on the video. it is almost done but i need to get some sleep and have to finish it tomorrow. i am soooo sorry.

i am transfering a bunch of videos to my external hard drive tonight to free up space on my computer so hopfully it will be running more smoothly tomorrow! i need to win the lottery to be able to get a proper editing system for making videos! :rolleyes:

No problem Alana. Take all the time you need. I don't know how you can edit your vids so quickly in the first place. I've made one vid before and I've forgotten how to do it. The really embarrassing part is I have a degree in graphic design! When I graduated the software was all different! LOL Thank goodness for smilebox!!!

Peppermint is just darling in all her cute things! I love the sailor dress too Priscilla...I don't think if it were me I could've parted with it. :eek:

She is growing up so fast. 6 months old today. Everytime I see a video I have no doubt that you are the perfect home for Peppermint. Patience says Hi Sis.

Did you see her high five Lori!?!? such a smarty pants this one is!!! she is learning dance and twirl right now too. she catches on so quickly.

her hair was starting to matt where the puppy coat met the adult coat so i cut her down quite a bit after this video and she looks sooooo tiny! i will have to post pictures for you after i stop running around like a crazy woman getting ready for my move... :panic:

I saw that She is a smarty pants just like her sis Patience. I have to comb Patience at least twice a day just to keep any tangles from forming. She is very vocal when she gets a tangle and I am combing her. It's hard to believe they are 6 months old. After this weekend I will be going through the pics on my PC and putting them on discs. I will be sending Peppermints to you and I have to send Breezies to her Mom. Hugs to you and Kisses to Pep and Dex.
