So, this was my first GE & I got my box together & finished & packed everything & taped the big box closed & everything & then I was looking at the pictures of people who got their's already & EVERYTHING is wrapped in theres & I didnt know I was supposed to wrapp all of the gifts. I AM SO SORRY SB, I hope this didnt ruin your GE

That is TOTALLY ok. Not everyone wraps the gifts. I'm sure your box is GREAT!!!!

thanks, I just feel so bad. Because everyone has BEE-utiful wrapping papper on thier gifts & they actually get to open theirs.

Awwww, I wish you wouldn't worry about that! Wrapping the gifts is not a requirement, and not everyone does it. I did a couple of things in my first GE I wished I could change too but in the end, I was the only one who really fretted over it.

I am an GE Oldie (I think this is my 13th GE), so listen to "mama". The first rule of a successful GE is to HAVE FUN! GE's aren't about competition or comparison to what others are doing. It's about doing something special for someone else to make them smile. As long as you adhere to the GE Rules set forth by Admin, then there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for you to feel bad about ANYTHING!!!

Don't beat yourself up over what others did - if you like the ideas just file the idea away for the next exchange.

I have mailed it out already. It went out Sunday but I think technically it went out Tuesday.
My SB should get it today or tomorrow I think.

Just means your SB will get to the goodies quicker. Some are too impatient to unwrap the goodies, they want them NOW
Beamer says the wrapping paper is only for us mommies.

Your SB won't care that the goodies are unwrapped.
Main point is to have fun

aaawwww, like others have said, don't worry at all!!! this is only me 2nd GE and the first time i didnt wrap a thing either! this time i have to warp a couple things to give them extra padding, but i kind of like the idea of a big box full of unwrapped stuff too! your buddy will love your box no matter what!!!

Lauren everyone has already said everything I wanted to......... but it makes ME feel bad..that you're so worried!!! No where in the rules does it say we HAVE TO WRAP the gifts....I didn't wrap my first GE box either..and my buddy was JUST as HAPPY!!

so stop fretting!! Your buddy will LOVE it!!!
