I had a bit of time over the weekend and found some GREAT yorkie stuff for whoever our secret buddy is. I LOVE finding just the perfect thing now I just need to know what that is for Bella Mia's buddy. ;)

I haven't started shopping yet, I am waiting to see if I have a boy or girl to buy for!!! I have lots of big ideas for Nikki's SB but want to make sure before I start any of my ideas. I am so excited about this, it is our first GE!!! Nikki can't wait either!!! She LOVES getting new things!! She is a princess!!!LOL!!!

I have gotten a few things for Lexi's SB. I just can't wait until we find out who it is so we can REALLY start shopping!

Abby has a girl buddy. Her name is Sugar Baby.....AKA Woogy ;) and she LOVES Abby's fashion sense :D.....shop away!! ;)

I started out by looking at peoples "smileboxes" to see what all they came up with...it was pretty amazing!

Its true everyone is so creative....we started getting a few things but are definately storing ideas for when we know who our sb is.....the anticipation is killing me........

Go shopping and start now.. look for things like toys and such that will work for either male or female.... many look for sales and buy things to stock up... then you can make it personal once you know who your buddie is..
Go to past threads and see the nice smile boxes and read threads and see the many idea's...
Most of all have fun!!!!

Just a really stupid question... I can see threads and I will spend some time looking thru them but where do I find smileboxes? Or is it just a hit and miss in the thread?

I have spent some time checking out the old ones. :D It is a hit or miss. Some people just attach pictures to their 'thank you' thread, but others put all of their pics together in a smilebox. So if you don't see any pictures attached, then just look for a link to a smilebox. :) Hope this helps.

This is our first one too. I guess I better get busy. I didn't want to start until I knew our buddy, but it is great to know that most of you do get started early! Going to check out some smile boxes now!

WOW - some amazing GE packages... how much fun is this going to be???!! :D

Okay, another question.....

It appears that since the spay, Zoey has put on even more weight (and she was sick too :rolleyes:)... Is there a way to update the info before the names are given out? My DH was kind enough to do the measurements for me but I just weighed her and she is 10 oz heavier :eek:

I think the sizes are good just not the weight so maybe not a problem ... but definitely she is a S now not an XS.

Well we are about to sign up.......and although we have not started officially shopping, the T. Bumpkins online store is coming early next week (stay tuned...) and this means that there are BOXES AND BOXES of GOODIES galore all over our house. Lucky me, I can do some shopping right at home.

In fact, I'll go sign up now!

ok since we are all so obviously anxious and preshopping, tell what your baby really likes, what you really like, special wish list, fav team, a gift you saw someone get from a previous ge that you really liked, anything and everything, We might as well be prepared huh?

Im waiting to the very last minute to sign Ollie up. Since he is a former street dog, I have NO idea how old he is thus far he has not seemed to grow but still waiting to the last minute.

Hmmmm - since Zoey weighs so much more, I decided to go ahead and redo her measurements before PMing Admin....

Her measurements are exactly the same????? Does this mean she lost fat and gained muscle ?? :rolleyes:

Strange - oh well, good news is that the post is good regardless of weight I would think... and besides, don't we all prefer to state a lower weight ;)

((Maybe it is the scale))

The things I have bought already for example.... could be for a boy or a girl...could fit any size yorkie, could be a great gift for a yorkie mommy and thats all I have bought so far.......heeeeeheeeheee Let the hints begin!!!!:D
