Donating YT 1000 Club Member | Needle felting Has anyone ever tried needle felting? I've seen some really neat things done with this method & wondered if any of the crafty folks here had ever tried it. There's lots of videos out there on the subject and it looks like a very great way to relieve some stress. (insert winking smiley here!)

YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | LOL, I know what you mean! I've been seeing all these amazing pieces online, and was very curious as to how they were made, so I did a search and found your thread. It must take A LOT of time and patience, and a whole lot a practice! You'll have to post some pics when you get " a round tuit"

| Needle felting is fun and you are only limited by your imagination as to what wonders you can create....that and how many times you stab your fingers with those incredibly nasty needles...LOL. I have made felted leashes and collars and toys for my furbabies. They love to chew on them and they work like toothbrushes too! I am working out how to make a cave like bed for them too. Now is a good time to stock up on wool since they are clearing out for the season. Only 100% wool can be felted, although other fibres can be added in small amounts for interesting embellishments. |
