| Lola's New Doggie Purse ...which is not finished. hit a road block with the bottom. i have to wait for the plastic reinforcement peice which i found online but wish i wouldve thought about before hand. haha. the trails of making something new and first timing it. but honest considering i flew by the seat of my pants on this one....not so bad. i copied the purse i have for keylo which i cannot find another like it anywhere, it was sold in 2008. i dont want my kidz in a duffle bag looking thing or a pocketbook ..i want them comfortable. i am also going to come up with a summer version of this with a lighter inside fabric. i still have to put the bottom on and the handles. we shall see if i can actually attached it with my machine a lil worried about that. i wonder if keylo and lola will fight over this one or if they will be content to each have their own different purse...

| wow what a great start you made on the carrier, I like the white material on the inside it looks very nice and soft. some of the faux fur I see looks kind of ratty, this does not.

| thanks ladies. i took the faux fur downstairs and made sure they approved before i cut into it. it was more than i usually spend but comfort and warmth is important and a high end look is what i wanted. what a PIA TO WORK WITH though...oh my i cannot even deal. you should see my sewing room looks like a faux fur bomb went off. haha. in the winter this is the best thing to take them out in and keylo just loves it jumps right in!!

| Do you have a "walking foot" for your sewing machine? It's great for when working with thick fabrics or on a project when you move to or from thicker fabric. I love mine!! Also, are you getting your sturdy bottom from "Happy Bottoms"?? I love their inserts, they are acrylic and work really well. I'm really excited to see how it all comes out.
