So to continue with this obsession of mine.....Walmart has their winter coats on sale for half price! Teeka came home in a soft, purple fleece w/heart. I just couldn't resist!!!! :aimeeyork |
Im laughing Deb...I just made a purchase of some coats on Ebay and sent an email to two other sellers cuz they each had a couple of outfits Ruby and Rosie just HAVE to have! The last month and a half my new thing has been to send pictures of their new outfits to Susan of BowBiz for matching bows! :-) Over Christmas my mom said that she was ok with being a grandmother to dogs...she saw everything I had bought the last month and she said that if I had human girls instead of puppy girls I would never have any money! :D |
Raising my hand over here! I am guilty of this as well. I am ashamed to show you how much we have accumulated. My husband thinks it's nuts! But he is a good sport about it! :) |
Some one on here posted a beautiful blanket that she is making for her little girl yorkie. It has a yorkie in a box w/ bows and the name. I so want one, too! :aimeeyork |

Mrs. Beasley doesn't have nearly the amount of clothes some of her friends have, but she is getting quite a few. I think I will go check out the Walmart 1/2 price sale tomorrow. :) |
In Iowa, they had all the dog coats 1/2 price. I pickup a fleece on for $2.50! |

Mina started out with a cute box for her clothes, this lasted 8 weeks. Then I remembered that my husband had made an American Girl Doll closet for my daughters out of a cradenza and NOONE used it anymore, this lasted until last October. Now Mina has my grandmothers wardrobe and my DH put 3 rods in it. There is a hat closet for her blankets and suitcase,,yes she has her own luggage,4 drawers that,at this time, she shares with the other furbabies. I sew, make matching hairbows and make the hangers for her closet. Im just a tiny bit nuts, but her clothes cost not much because I buy onesies and cute baby dresses at Kid to Kid and the thrift store. I tell my family that it is a passion NOT an addiction. |

Im curious how you make the hangers...would you care to share? I have a ton of dresses but no hangers! |

Wow you guys are fantastic ;) I will slowly accumulate lol |
LOL ... At first I thought I was very conservative about the amount of clothes that I bought for my dogs, but all these Christmas sales have brought out the crazy in me. In the past week I have bought Dexter & Clyde each a Jacket, two shirts, a hoodie, some PJ's, and some more accessories. They have moved up from keeping their clothes in boxes to hanging them up in the closet alongside my own wardrobe. Now that I know about this walmart sale things may yet to continue to get a bit crazy>.< ALSO!!! To anyone out there looking for hangers for their Yorkshire terrier .... in target/walmart you can buy a package of toddler/infant hangers that work PERFECTLY for Yorkshire terrier clothes ... |
I could really use some more hangers! I have a few that my daughter left from her kids. They are the infant/toddler hangers and they do work perfectly to hang puppy clothes! |
