Hey girls! Any of my fellow YT'ers sewing/crocheting today? I am working on a new project as we speak. I hope it turns out ok. I can't wait to share it to see what y'all think. It is making me giggle! Tee hee!

So what are you up to today?;)

I can't wait to see what you come up with. I am doing digital scrapbooking today. No so much into the sewing department for me, but I sure do enjoy seeing what everyone else comes up with.

I am trying to sew. lol. My sewing room is still under construction (makes finding things a B) , my cat knocked over my iron onto a plastic bag, lol, and I'm doing laundry. But I hope to finish a dress today!:D

Plus I'm missing my 'look what I made today' dress fix from you!

Well, I'm piecing together a patch work quilt for my bed. Nothing fancy, just quilt blocks and then I'll knot it, so it will be a quick. We've always just knotted quilts that are used for bed warmth.

Ever since we got our king size bed, we have been fussing over who has the most of the queen quilt to cover. I grew up with my grammy or my mom keeping us all in quilts for our beds, so I simply can't stand the feel of a blanket, hence, I have GOT to get this made:thumbup: Before the real tug of war begins...:eyetearss

Oh, doggie quilts sounds really neat. Are you machine or hand quilting?

And this tied one. I'm working on another right now. My girls love the fleece blankiets the best, so I make enough for all of them. There is a pink and white one right now in Jilli Ann's bed, but didn't take pictures of it.

Here is a better picture of this one. You can see the back of it. This type of blanket is so much fun and also very easy to make. I have a friend of mine hooked on making these now. :D They make super nice gifts for kids, adults and pets. I'm going to make a 49ers blanket for my son and his wife who live in San Francisco.

I've never sold them before. I make them for gifts and for my little pack. They are incredibly easy to make! ;)

Well thank you! All the small blankets with a satin border are flannel except the one with the Yorkies on it and the Hello Kitty, and of course that large one. I like the flannel for those cool nights and mornings. I use the large tied fleece ones for them to travel with since they are so cozy and they just love to snuggle in them. Jilli Ann loves going "under" the covers. She's the only one that does that and it so cute.

Oooh! How cute!!! You girls are on a roll today! Happy Crafting! I just cleaned up my space. My neck hurts. I think I shall finish for the day. But I did get one outfit made. :)

Haha, when it was so cold here, I did the same thing, 2 quilts, never one really fit, LOL.

I had to run up to JoAnn's this morning to pick up some more white cotton. I have all my moms leftover material from her quilting days. I just cut them into 9" squares and going to piece them with the white. I'm not even putting joining strips between the rows, just squares, that way it will be really fast. Not pretty, but fast and for my bed quilt, I'm ok with that.

I will start sewing the squares together in the morning and I post it when I get the top made.

I know and that little pant suit is a must have for our girls. ;) For cold days, maybe you can make a little matching jacket. How cute would THAT be. :D

Your little girl looks like my little boy -- same coloring. And sometimes I put him in Ruby's dresses...

Okay, so the diaper day didn't turn out quite as well as I hoped.
The first one turned out itsy bitsy! I tried to resize and make it bigger but it still wasn't quite right. Went on Esty and ordered the pattern :)

I did manage to make a cute little neck collar for Macy.

I just got an idea. I am going to make a quilt with pictures of my dogs. I made a quilt once for my Mam Maw with all the old pictures of her family and I thought it would be nice to make one with all my furbabies pictures so I am gonna try that and see how it turns out.
