I have a question... what if there is not a little "section" to cut out for the tail.. how do you alter it for it? |
You could just cut out a semi circle and hem it to finish the edge. Bambi is pretty patient when it comes to clothes so you could try it on your baby and see where it needs to be cut. |

That's so great!!! I've got to try it too!!! Thanks tons for sharing and adding the step by step pictures. :D |
So I went to Walmart tonight and picked out a pair of newborn Jammies. I cut it all out and tomorrow I am going over to my grandma's house to have her sew them.. Let me just say I put them on Taycie, not sewn of course and they look so ADORABLE! It is really easy to see once you cut it all out! I am sooooo excited! if I could sew it would be super duper easy too.. I going to have my grandma give me a lesson why she is at it so eventually all I will have to do is borrow her machine:) Now, to stay away from the baby sections... Seriously... I can't believe how adorable it is! Plus side, baby clothes are soooooooo much cheaper:) I will post pics tomorrow! |
That is great! I think i'll give it a go when Ahi is bigger. Preemies are still too big for her.lol :) Thanks for the instructions and great pics! |
