I dont put a regular hem in Mina's nighties. I open a side seam a little and add 2" wide knit trim/1/4" to 1/2" seam,then I close the side seam. I purchase the knit at JoAnns but you can use fabric from an old tshirt. I usually use a contrasting color. |

I make these for my two boys all the time. People were always asking my why I bought baby clothes and when I told them what I did with them they laughed. Everyone thought I was crazy. It's hard to find cute, small boys clothes though so this worked out well for me. Im glad to see someone else does this too!! :) |
Wow love it thank you DvlshAngel985 so much for the photos and the step by stem instructions. I love how you put the one that fits over the new one to use as a template. I cant wait to give it a try. :) |
