Destiny is a mommy!!
 

Friday evening Destiny had her puppies. It was a big shock as she was only on day 58 so I wasn't expecting it so soon but I was prepared. She showed no signs of pre labor. She was eating normal that day and acting normal, her temperature was normal. No digging, no panting. She was on my lap and all the sudden she started to whine. So I put her in her box. I checked her temperature which had gone down a little. I though alright I guess I can expect puppies within 24 hours. Five minutes later she went into hard contractions and out popped the first puppy. I have never seen anything so fast!!
So on friday at 6:30 pm she had the first pup.
Then she didn't have the second pup until about 9:35 and the third pup followed at 9:40.
She did great. It went real fast and was a smooth and easy delivery for her.

So we have 3 puppies.
2 girls and a boy.
First pup was a girl at 4 oz.
Second pup was another girl at 3 oz.
Last pup was a boy also at 3 oz.

All the puppies are doing great, they are healthy, very lively and nursing well.
Destiny is being a great mommy leaving them only long enough to eat and potty.

The bigger girl looks so big compared to the other two. She is just a chubby little thing, lol.

We go in monday to get the tails and dewclaws done.

AWWWWW Tracey, they are adorable.... I jsut cant imagine my baby being a mommy.... Destiny looks so content there with them... Hopey sends love to her sissy and nephew/neices..... too cute!

CONGRATULATIONS! Wow, what a surprise with them coming the few days early and a treat with the whelping being so quick and seemingly easy...and problem free! The puppies and mom are beautiful; love that first picture with the puppy paw on the tongue.

Thanks everyone for the sweet compliments!! Destiny is still being a great mommy and the pups continue to gain each day. The bigger girl has already gained two ounces!!

We are going in today to get the tails and dewclaws done. I am going to miss those tails.



Donna, I wish I could keep them all but I won't be. Although I am considering keeping the bigger girl. It will be hard to let them go when they get old enough, I am already so attached to them.

One week old!!!
 

Wow does time go by fast!! The pups are now a week old!!

They are thriving and moving around quite a bit. I can't wait until they open their eyes!!


First I would like to introduce Allegro, the little boy. He is now about 6 ounces and is the only one with a darker face.

Next up is Melody, the smaller of the two girls. She now weighs about 6 ounces as well and is a momma's girl.

Last but not least is Harmony, the bigger one of the two girls and the biggest one in the litter. She is now up to a whopping 9 ounces!! She is such a little piggy, she is always hogging the milk!! She even has fat rolls, lol. She is the most adventurous one but is also such a sweetheart.


I am so attached to these three already!! And I can't wait for their eyes to open and for them to start testing out those little legs!!

OH they have the sweetest little faces! Glad they are doing great for you. They are just TOOOOO CUTE!

Awwww they are so adorable, your lucky girl, you got 3 of them to spoil rotten...they are beautiful, just wait till next week when they open there little eyes....:D

Congrats on your first litter. Fantastic pictures of my grandbabies! They are just adorable. Wish I was there to play with them. Can't wait to see their eyes open. There is nothing like having a new litter of pups. You are going to have so much fun! Destiny (my Charity) sure looks like her sister Little Regi. Regi and Star send lots of hugs and puppydog kisses.
