here is Southern Showgirl's Fancypants. She weighed 5.8 oz. Her little brother did not make it. Silk is being a good little mother.

Thankss. I just hope I can keep her well fed until Silk's milk comes in. the vet said shee had some but neither I nor the pup can find it. I am feeding it with a syringe.

Congratulations on that sweet, precious little girl. Sorry the little boy was lost, I know it must break your heart.

Thank you each and every one that has responded to this thread. I was feeling really down after begging for help on here this morning and finding very little. but a couple of breeders did try to help but I was already at the vet by then. I have had a heck of a day. there are a lot of personal issues with sickness in my family right now and then this with Silk. When i couldn't get any response to my three posts this morning, I called Karen, the breeder i got Frankie and Kandy from and she was out. Just my luck. I finally did get hold of one breeder that had agreed to help me. by then my gut was telling me to go to the vet and she also told me to go so out the door I went. When i got back , a couple of breeders on here had responded. this has been a busy day for babies here on YT. But you all have made me feel so much better.

Congratulations on little Fancypants! I love her name and she is a little dollbaby! I am sorry that you lost the wee little boy :( it is always a heartbreak when a little one leaves us so early in life :(

And..... I am so very sorry that you called out to your YorkieTalk family and no one had any help...... sometimes it happens...... sounds like you have a big enough monkey jumping on your back without the added stress of having to hand feed a teeny tiny......

i saw your post for help yesterday and i felt helpless since i was delivering puppies myself. and since i am not a breeder, i could not give you any advise.

Hi,

I am so sorry for what you went through. This morning my Molliemae gave birth to a breech pup. The head was stuck and I used KY-jelly and could not get the pup out. I rushed her to my vet who didn't have a doctor on call who could perform a C-section. I then had to drive to the emergency vet in Carytown, Richmond VA. They have Mollie now and I am so upset I could die. I cried at both vet offices and prayed. My vet took an exray and said there was another pup, but couldn't tell me anything until the dead pup was out. I just couldn't save it. It was so small and precious. I watched it turning blue. Then, by the time I got Molliemae to the emergency vet she had gotten the pup out. I am afraid the dead pup inside her so long has caused her to lose the 2nd one. Please Please Please pray for Mollie and her pup. I did everything I could. She showed none of the normal signs I have read about when going into labor. I watched her constantly. Went to mail bills and came back and there was the pup hanging out. Mollie was still eating, no diarherra. Nothing like that. She ate well last night. I felt pups moving and the vet said she couldn't feel any movement. They are x-raying and doing all kinds of tests. I don't want to lose Mollie. She is so adorable and has the best personality. God Bless everyone and please pray for us. I have cried and cried and asked God for forgiveness.

Awww! Silk and her baby are precious. In the first pic you can SEE what a good mom Silk is.

Thank you everyone for praying for my precious Molliemae. It is 1:30 a.m. and I cannot sleep. My sister drove me to the emergency vet in Richmond, VA and my husband left work and met us there. It was so nerve wracking. We came home and waited for the vet to call us. Molliemae released the breech pup, but it was too late. She had a precious little girl and the vet called and said we could come back and pick them both up. I was so happy. I haven't stopped watching them since we picked them up either. She is so tiny. Molliemae is tiny also. I want to name her Faith because I had so much faith that my prayers and everyone here praying too would be answered. They were. I just can't express how I feel. She is nursing and Molliemae doesn't want to leave her to potty. Molliemae is eating and drinking water. I also gave her Nutristat. I gave her two small doses and she is much stronger. She is such a good mother. I love this site, but am not good with computers. I want to take pictures so you can see my babies. Everyone here is so wonderful to each other. I was afraid I would get negative feedback. I think I would have had a total breakdown. What a day I have had. God Bless all of you and your precious babies.

Fancypants is darling!!

Mollymae...Faith is the perfect name for that little pup of yours!! I have found this forum so wonderful toooooo!! I think everyone on here is supurb. I belong to a few other forums and find so much bickering and hate that it is sickening!! Here people encourage and help each other...I find myself on the computer longer than I should be as I just cant get enough information! I hope you can figure out how to get some pics of that lovely baby on to your computer...would LOVE to see her!!
