The girls are two weeks old

Our little girls are now two weeks old today (Wed. 2/15) I am so in love with them. Two have their eyes open. They are all gaining after Emilee's mastitis and all are doing fine. Puppy #1 weighs 10.1 ozs, puupy #2 weighs 7.9 ozs, puppy #3 weighs 6.2 ozs and puppy #4 weighs 4.6 ozs.

All girls? Wow, I usually hear of more boys in a litter, but it is always a surprising variation. I see a chocolate though. What is your plan with that one? Can they be registered yet or no? Keep us posted. Thanks!!

We had 5 girls total, but sadly lost one at 24 hours old. Not sure what I plan to do with the chocolate one. I may keep her, she's beautiful. I don't know yet. As far as I know, the only way to register her would be to lie about color, and I don't do that. If I sell her, she won't be sold with papers.

Hey. I think you should keep her. You never know. Maybe one day AKC will accept the chocolates. Wonder why they don't? They accepted the parti colors. Wow 5 Girls huh? That is sad that you lost one. They all great though. Keep in touch

Here are my babies with mommy and daddy this time. Babies are weighing in at 17.6, 14.3, 12.5, and 8.1 ozs. and are 4 weeks old tomorrow.

Our litters are about the same age.Mine just turned 4 weeks this past Sun.

Yes, they are fun to watch. They are playing a little and it's so cute to watch them try to jump at each other. One barks loud and every time she barks, she goes backwards. I just can't get enough of them.

Here are new pics of the babies taken yesterday (3/8/06) at 5 weeks old.

Puppy 1 weighs (in ozs) 23.5, Puppy 2 weighs 17.8, Puppy 3 weighs 16.0, and Puppy 4 weighs 10.2

The babies are all females. At this time Puppy #4 isn't for sale. I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep her (?). At least I think I am. I just couldn't leave her out of the nursery and post the other three. She is just so sweet as all of them are. For some reason, she is just tugging at my heart the hardest. I will know for sure when she is closer to 12 weeks. When I post them in the For Sale forum, I will only be posting the other 3 girls for the time being. Thank you so much for inquiring about her.

Here are my girls at 6 weeks old. They are soooo much fun. Took them to the Vet yesterday and he said they were doing great. Nice to hear that from your Vet!!! Hope you enjoy the pics.
