HI everyone! I was told by SimonandHallie I should post some pictures here so everyone can watch her grow. I will be getting her this week from TX. Yippie!! The days are dragging on and on and on... She is a Yorki-Chi and looks just like her mommy! She is 8weeks old in the the first two pictures and 10 weeks (2 days ago) in the last two.
I can't wait for her to be home and love her! I will keep everyone posted. I hope you enjoy her photos.

Tomorrow is the day!
 

Hi everyone! I am sooo excited. :jump28ib: :jump28ib: :jump28ib: Thank you all for the great posts and encouraging words. I was hopeing she would be here by now but because of weather... :cry8: Anyway. she is scheduled to fly in tomorrow and be here by 4:15pm. I read on another post that it is really really cold in the cargo. I wish i could fly out to get her. I did ask the breeder if she could get a sweater for her to help keep her warm. I know she will have a blanket, stuffy, toy, pads etc but I hope a sweater will help.
She is comming to AZ. so it's warm here but the poor girl is gona freeze on the plane. :Puppy:
I will let you know about her arrival. DH will be picking her up after work. I am sending him with a cozy blanket and fresh water incase there was an accident on the way here.

She is a cutey-pie!! Pardon my ignorance but is your baby yorkie mixed with chihuahua? Because she looks all yorkie. What part of Texas is she commuting from?

Oops - my bad. she is comming from Casey Creek KY. Hubby's gift. YES - She is a Chorkie :) Mom is Holland's Devil Delite - Yorkie and dad is Lil'Man Tobias - Chihuahua. She got it all from mom. THANK GOODNESS. :P

Ok - I'm sooo excited. She is so sweet and tiny. I love her to death. Hubby (lab-man) just kept saying "she sure is cute as sh*t". hahaha.
Now I need to get working on a few clothes for her. She is a love bug. She didnt eat a lot last night and when she did she threw up twice but she is all better now and had breakfast and snack wth no probs. She is going on her pads or outside so thats great! Now I need your opinion on a name. So far It's Trixie, Delta Dawn(the airline :P ), Buttercup, Cricket and Lady-Bug. Let me know what the poll is. :)
Also... on another note, I love the Flip Flop Exchange, i hope everyone is joining! I already bought mine and will be sending them out soon!

HI Sondra2004, Well after LOTS of different trys as well as himming and hawing over it all after calling her every neame in the book... My 22mo son called her TRIXIE!!! Considering that he hardly talks at all, this is a big deal in our family. :) He was looking for her all over and started tapping his leg and saying Trix - EE. Sooo cute. then he was looking in her little airline crate that she still sleeps in sometimes as well as under the table and all. I guess since I couldn't pick and DH wouldn't agree on anything Joey made the pick for us.

I loved all the names.
So far her favorite spots to lay are laying in my arm and laying on DH's shoulder. He now says we need another just like her so he can have a pair of EARMUFFS. Sounds good to me :wink: :wink:
She is still getting adjusted to our two cats, our lab and our Cocker Spaniel but is doing well so far. She doesn't eat much but she does eat 2, sometimes 3 times a day.
i keep trying to shove more food in her but I guess that she's doing ok - lots of potties on the potty pad!! Yippie... Good girl
She is very tiny. only 2 lbs and she is 11wks and 3 days old.
I am sooo in love w/her!! Being in a house of men.. DH, Joey(22mo) and Tyler(9mo) I'm happy for a girl to baby. I found a few free patterns for dresses so as soon as I get those done I'll post pictures!
